Best Weigh is conducted in Seventh-day Adventist Churches. (Arrangements have been made for Best Weigh to use church buildings without incurring any charge for rent or utilities. This keeps the cost of conducting Best Weigh low. These savings are passed on to you in a reduced registration fee.)

The Best Weigh 10-week programs are usually offered to the public twice a year.

Call your local Seventh-day Adventist church to see if a Best Weigh program is available in your city. If there is no Best Weigh program scheduled for you to attend, ask the church staff to contact the Conference of Seventh-day Adventists to arrange for Best Weigh to come to your area.
